Our regular courses can be paid per month or a 12 classes package. In both cases the payment is calculated considering the number of classes each month since Big Mama is closed on red days. The first payment will be made by bank transfer and from then on by direct debit. Not paying one month will automatically cancel the registration in the course, which means if you want to join the course again it will depend if there are available spots for your rol. If you need to take a break for one or up to two month, you must let us know in advance, before the end of the month when you're still taking classes and pay for in advance for the month when you want to rejoin the classes. Paying the monthly fee after the 7th will cancel the benefit of replacing a class if you missed one, and paying after the 15th will increase the fee by 5€ in admin fees.

The payments can only be reimbursed if Big Mama decides to cancel and/or change the day and/or the time of the activity. 

The monthly fees can not be modified by Big Mama during the annual course (normally Oct to Jun the following year).

At Big Mama the classes are one hour long.

1 course (1 hour/week) = 13€/class monthly payed (no classes on red days)

1 course (1 hour/week) = 132€ for 12 classes (15% discount over the monthly price!)

Two or more courses per week = 12€/class each course per month, monthly payed

Two or more courses per week = 120€ for 12 classes for each course

Special deal 2020-2021: if you take three courses and you pay for 12 classes in advance for all three courses you can take 12 classes of a 4th course for free! Those 12 classes must be during the same time you have the 12 classes paid for the first three courses. The availability of spots on the 4th course will depend on the leader/follower ratio if applies.

If you prefer to pay 12 classes for one course and another course month by month the prices would be:

12 classes of 1 course = 132€ + 1 course per month = 13€/class (monthly fees varies depending on the number of classes of each month)

Special courses on Tuesdays at 22h

Followers activas (October-November-December) (11 classes)

Solo Blues (January-February-March) (13 classes)

Chorus Line (April-May-June) (12 classes)

This courses can only be paid in full, not monthly.

The fee for a drop in class is 15€. It will be possible to take a drop in class only if the balance lead/follow allows it and the level of the dancer is similar to the chosen class. Taking a drop in class does not secure a spot in that course.

First payment will be done by bank transference and from then on only by direct debit.

IMPORTANT: 

• Holidays: there will be no classes during national, regional or local holidays.

• The school will be closed during the last week of December.
